RENOVATIONS • Christies Beach, Adelaide SA
Christies Beach Coastal Renovation
A complete coastal renovation reimagining a tired Christies Beach home into a bright, modern seaside retreat.
The Challenge
Reconfiguring a closed-off, dated layout while working within the constraints of an existing coastal structure exposed to salt air and harsh southern winds.
The Solution
Our in-house design and build team removed load-bearing walls with engineered steel beams, re-clad the exterior in marine-grade materials, and introduced a seamless open-plan flow that connects the kitchen, dining and alfresco zones.
